At Times, All Parents Feel Lost
There are moments when every parent feels unsure about what their child needs from them. Imagine being able to truly understand what your child is asking for beneath their behaviours.
The Circle of Security Parenting Program (COSP) is an internationally acclaimed group coaching program designed to provide the tools and insights needed to read your childâs needs. This strengthens your relationship with them and helps you embrace and love your imperfect, authentic, and 'good-enough' parenting.
This Abridged 7-week group program is grounded in decades of research on how to support and strengthen secure parent-child relationships.
Circle of Security Parenting is an attachment-based intervention that helps parents and educators understand and respond to childrenâs emotional needs. It was developed by Glen Cooper, Kent Hoffman, and Bert Powell, based on decades of research into attachment theory
What Will You Learn?
During this transformative journey, you will:
â¨Â Understand your child's emotional landscape by learning to interpret their needs.
â¨Help your child navigate and manage their emotions effectively.
â¨Boost your child's self-esteem and confidence.
â¨Trust your natural instincts and dedication to fostering a secure environment for your child.
Who is Circle of Security Parenting for?
This program is ideal for parents of children aged 0-6 years who are looking to deepen their bond with their child and reflect on their own parenting journey.
If you've dealt with complex family dynamics, mental health challenges, or experiences of abuse or neglect, a face-to-face group setting might be more beneficial for you.
I'm here to help you find the best fit. Please reach out if youâd like to discuss whether the online version of the program is suitable for you. My goal is to ensure you have the most supportive and effective environment for your needs.
How does it work?
Each week we will meet via Zoom to work through the chapter of Circle of Security together. The program is run through a combination of videos, exercises and group discussion.
Â
We will then have a week to digest, practice and reflect. Each week we invite you to share your âCircle Storiesâ because as you learn, once you see The Circle - you canât stop seeing it in daily life with your children
Â
Please note that these sessions canât be recorded to maintain the integrity of the group nature of the program. This is a guideline from Circle of Security International.
